Site Fee:  £3120 (single unit)      £4680 (twin unit)

The Park is open from 1st March to 15th January

All new caravans are given an intial agreement period of 12 years. At the end of this term unlimited additional years are available with increased annual site fee - subject to terms and conditions.

Twin lodge units are given a full 25 year agreement with unlimited additional years available with increased annual site fee - subject to terms and conditions.

* A buyer's premium, equivalent to the annual site fee, will be charged in addition to the agreed purchase price on all used caravan sales.
