*All new caravans are given an intial agreement period of 12 years. At the end of this term unlimited additional years are now available with increased annual site fee - subject to terms and conditions.

Twin lodge units are given a full 25 year agreement with  unlimited extra years now avaliable with increased annual site fee - subject to terms and conditions.
